We are an independent hardware service provider based in Phoenix, Arizona, focused on one thing: keeping the laptops that organisations depend on in dependable working order.
We provide services exclusively to businesses and organizations. We do not offer consumer or personal-device support. Minimum engagement: organizations with 5 or more managed laptops.
Laptop Business Repair LLC was founded on a simple observation. Businesses that rely on company-issued laptops have no straightforward route for competent, documented hardware repair. Consumer shops are built for single over-the-counter customers, while manufacturers' arrangements often move slowly and treat the organisation as an afterthought. We set out to serve the organisation directly, with the documentation, terms and responsiveness that business relationships require.

How we work
We work behind written agreements and purchase orders, with published service levels and a named account manager for every business account. Repairs happen at our Phoenix workshop or at your premises during scheduled visits, and depot service extends our reach nationwide. Throughout, the emphasis is on predictability: your team should always know what happens next, what it costs and when a machine returns.
Who we serve
Our customers are organisations of every size, from growing companies with a handful of staff to distributed enterprises with hundreds of sites. Common to all of them is a need for hardware care that fits around their operation instead of interrupting it. We do not serve consumers, and we do not work on personal devices; our whole model is built around the business relationship.
Where we are
