Business service plans

A service plan converts unpredictable hardware failure into a planned, budgeted programme. You reserve repair capacity in advance, agree maintenance windows and receive predictable terms across your whole fleet.

We provide services exclusively to businesses and organizations. We do not offer consumer or personal-device support. Minimum engagement: organizations with 5 or more managed laptops.

Organisations rarely fail because a single laptop breaks; they struggle because there is no agreed way to recover it. A business service plan removes that gap. Instead of hunting for a repair option each time a machine fails, your team works from a standing agreement that defines how repair is requested, how quickly it is handled and how it is invoiced.

Plan structures

MOD-21

Essentials plan

For teams establishing a first agreement: defined repair intake, published turnaround targets and a named account manager for day-to-day coordination.

MOD-22

Managed plan

Adds scheduled fleet inspection, priority bench capacity, quarterly condition reporting and consolidated invoicing across multiple sites.

MOD-23

National plan

For distributed organisations: depot service nationwide, on-site visits at selected locations and a single contract covering every office.

Each structure is sized to your fleet, your sites and the criticality of the devices. A design studio that cannot lose a project week needs different cover from a distribution business whose laptops mostly book appointments. We shape the plan around your operational reality rather than forcing a fixed package.

What a plan includes

Maintenance windows

Planned work is far cheaper than reactive work. Under a managed plan we agree recurring maintenance windows during which our technicians inspect batteries, hinges, fans and ports, clean cooling paths and flag components approaching end of reliable life. Because the visits are scheduled, they slot into your calendar rather than disrupting it, and the resulting report lets you plan replacements before failure forces the issue.

Terms that finance teams appreciate

Business plans are agreed in writing with clear scope, rates and escalation rules. Work is billed against purchase orders on net terms, and any change to scope is quoted before it is carried out. For organisations that need formal procurement, we provide the documentation required for vendor onboarding, including insurance details and a point of contact for contract administration.

Scaling as you grow

Plans are reviewed periodically and adjusted as your fleet changes. Additional sites can be added to the same agreement, extra capacity can be reserved ahead of a busy season, and retired machines can be removed from cover. The aim is a programme that keeps pace with the organisation instead of trailing behind it.
