Display assembly replacement
We fit matching display assemblies, seat hinge-side cables correctly and run a colour and brightness check so returned machines are ready for demanding office work.
We repair company-issued laptops at component level, on our bench or at your premises, under a written business agreement. Every job is authorised by your organisation, documented on an asset record and returned with a clear condition report.
We provide services exclusively to businesses and organizations. We do not offer consumer or personal-device support. Minimum engagement: organizations with 5 or more managed laptops.
A business laptop is an instrument of production, and when it fails the cost is measured in idle hours, missed deadlines and emergency spending. Our repair work is organised so that decision-makers always know the state of each machine: what failed, what we did, what it cost and when it comes back. Nothing proceeds without an authorisation reference from your organisation, because we are accountable to the business that owns the fleet rather than to an individual user.

Cell swelling, falling runtime and charge-circuit faults are load-tested and corrected, restoring predictable battery behaviour in the field.
Worn keybeds, dead keys resulting from crumbs or spills, and drifting trackpads are refurbished or replaced to restore confident typing.
Charging sockets, dock interfaces and data ports are cleaned, reflowed or replaced, then verified port by port against a written checklist.
Bent corners, loosened hinges and cracked palm rests are straightened or replaced so that lids open squarely and screens stay protected.
Staged cleaning and corrosion removal, followed by an honest verdict on recovery, so you can decide whether to repair or replace with full information.
Many faults that look terminal are board-level failures that can be corrected with the right equipment. Our bench team works under magnification to trace short circuits, replace damaged components and rebuild power paths. Where a board repair is not economic or is unlikely to hold, we say so plainly and recommend a documented module replacement instead. In either case the reasoning is recorded on the asset file.
Because we serve organisations rather than individuals, our intake suits bulk handling. Multiple machines arrive under a single authorisation, each tagged to an asset record. Work is batched to keep shipping efficient, and returns are consolidated with a manifest so your team can reconcile stock quickly. That structure matters for schools collecting devices over a break, agencies refreshing equipment between projects, or companies running continuous support for distributed teams.
Most repairs complete within two to four business days once a machine reaches the bench. Parts availability is confirmed during diagnosis, and any delay is communicated through your account manager before the agreed return date slips. Each completed job generates a report showing the reported fault, the diagnosed cause, the action taken, the parts used and the final condition test. Those reports build a picture of fleet health that informs budgets, replacement planning and warranty discussions.
