Coverage

Depot service reaches organisations nationwide from our Phoenix workshop, while on-site maintenance is delivered by scheduled visit at your premises. One agreement can cover every site you operate.

We provide services exclusively to businesses and organizations. We do not offer consumer or personal-device support. Minimum engagement: organizations with 5 or more managed laptops.

Fleets are rarely in one place. A company may run a headquarters, several branch offices and a group of staff who work from home. Coverage has to accommodate all of that without multiplying contracts or contacts. We organise service so that a single agreement manages devices wherever they sit.

Two delivery models

MOD-B1

Depot service

Company laptops travel to our Phoenix bench for repair and return by tracked shipment. Available to organisations across the United States.

MOD-B2

On-site maintenance

Scheduled visits bring preventive work and inspection to your premises, with light repairs completed on the spot and heavier work routed to the bench.

How the two combine

Most organisations use both. Planned maintenance visits keep local fleets healthy and catch small faults before they become failures, while the bench handles work that needs consistent equipment and conditions. Because both routes sit under the same agreement, your team follows one set of rules regardless of how a particular machine is served.

Scheduling on-site visits

On-site work is booked around your operating calendar. We agree dates and windows in advance, confirm the device list, and arrive prepared with the parts and equipment the visit is likely to need. Staff hand machines over and collect them afterwards, and findings are recorded for your asset register. Where a machine needs bench attention, it is documented and taken under written authorisation rather than left in limbo.

Multi-site organisations

For organisations with many sites, we help prioritise which locations receive on-site visits and which rely on depot service. Sites with dense fleets and heavy usage benefit most from regular visits, while smaller or remote offices can ship the occasional machine to the bench. That blend keeps costs sensible while maintaining a consistent standard of care.

Remote and hybrid teams

Staff who work away from an office are served through depot service, with clear packing guidance and tracked shipments. Because the arrangement is organised under your business agreement, a home-based member of staff follows the same process as a colleague at head office, and the asset record stays in one place.
