Display assemblies
Cracked glass, failing backlights, flickering panels and hinge-mounted display cables are replaced with matching assemblies, then colour-checked and pressure-tested before return.
Laptop Business Repair LLC is an independent provider of MacBook laptop repair and scheduled maintenance for organizations across the United States. We work behind purchase orders, written service agreements and asset inventories, so your operations and IT teams receive planned, documented hardware care rather than improvised troubleshooting.
We provide services exclusively to businesses and organizations. We do not offer consumer or personal-device support. Minimum engagement: organizations with 5 or more managed laptops.
Our customers are companies, schools, agencies and non-profits that manage fleets of company-issued laptops. A single failed display, a swollen battery or a worn keyboard can idle a member of staff for days when there is no defined path for hardware recovery. We remove that uncertainty by operating as a standing maintenance partner: you send us the affected machines under a formal work authorisation, we repair them on our bench or at your offices, and we return them with a written condition report and an updated asset record.
Everything we do is built around the rhythm of a business. Work is quoted against a service agreement or purchase order, invoiced on agreed net terms, and tracked against service level commitments that we publish in advance. A dedicated account manager stays with your organisation from onboarding onward, so your team always knows who to reach and what to expect. There is no consumer counter, no personal-device intake and no unscheduled drop-off traffic; the only people we serve are the staff of the organisations we support.
Cracked glass, failing backlights, flickering panels and hinge-mounted display cables are replaced with matching assemblies, then colour-checked and pressure-tested before return.
Swollen cells, short runtime, failing charge circuits and damaged power connectors are diagnosed with load testing and corrected using traceable replacement parts.
Unresponsive keys, worn keycaps, liquid-damaged keybeds and drifting trackpads are refurbished or replaced to restore dependable daily input.
Charging ports, USB paths, audio jacks and docking interfaces are reflowed or replaced, and each port is verified against a documented pass list.
Board-level faults are traced on the bench, repaired where practical, and otherwise handled through a documented module replacement with full traceability.
Spills are treated with staged cleaning, corrosion removal and component assessment, with an honest recovery verdict before any further spend is committed.
Most organisations begin with a short onboarding sequence. We inventory the fleet, agree service levels, record who may authorise work, and set the logistics that suit your sites. From there, repairs can be scheduled on-site during an agreed maintenance window, or handled through depot service where company laptops travel to our Phoenix bench as part of the same agreement. Fleets are also inspected on a regular cadence so that degrading batteries and worn hinges are caught before they strand a team member.
Reporting matters as much as repair. Every job produces an asset record showing the fault, the action taken, the parts consumed and the current condition of the machine. Your account manager can consolidate these into a quarterly review so that budget holders see where failures cluster and where replacement cycles should be adjusted.
Our workshop sits in Phoenix, Arizona, and depot service reaches organisations nationwide. On-site maintenance is delivered by scheduled visits at your premises, coordinated so that a technician meets your team, works through the agreed list of machines and leaves a clean, signed handover. Coverage, turnaround expectations and escalation contacts are all set out in writing before work begins.
