This notice responds to the California Privacy Rights Act. In short: we do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. This page sets out the detail and how to make a request.
Our position
Laptop Business Repair LLC does not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not disclose personal information to data brokers. Because we do not carry out these activities, there is no data flow for you to opt out of, and no financial incentive is offered in exchange for personal information.
Why we publish this notice
California law requires businesses to provide a clear mechanism for consumers to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Even though our service is provided to organisations rather than consumers, and even though we do not sell or share information, we publish this notice and provide the mechanism below so that any individual may make a request and receive confirmation of our position.

Please tell us the nature of your request and enough detail for us to identify the business records involved. We will acknowledge the request and, where verification is needed, explain what we require. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

An authorised representative may submit a request on your behalf. We may ask for proof of authorisation and for information needed to verify identity, consistent with our obligation to protect personal information from unauthorised disclosure.
Verification and response
When a request concerns records held for a business account, we may ask for information that lets us confirm the requester's authority before acting. That step protects organisations from unauthorised disclosure, and it is applied consistently rather than selectively. Once a request is verified, we confirm in writing what we have done, and we explain any part of the request we are unable to action and the legal basis for that decision.
